Use the online form to request a greeting for a birthday or anniversary from Justin Trudeau at least a month in advance so it arrives on time.
   • Milestone birthdays are birthdays that start at the 65th birthday and go up in 5-year intervals, or any birthday after 100. For example, you can get a congratulatory certificate for a 65th, 70th, 75th birthday, and so on.
   • Milestone anniversaries start at the 25th anniversary and go up in 5-year intervals.

   Follow the on-screen prompts and fill out all of the fields. Once you select the occasion, you’ll need to fill out all of the additional fields, which include items such as the milestone year and the date. When you complete the fields on 1 page, click the option labeled “Next” to bring up the next page of fields that you need to complete. After you fill out every field on every page of the form, choose the option to submit it.
   • One of the fields ask for your email address. After you submit the form, check your inbox to see if you received a confirmation email.

4. 

   Wait for the requested day to receive the certificate. The certificate will arrive in the mail around the date of the event that it is celebrating. Keep an eye on your mailbox to receive it. It may arrive a few days early or a few days late depending on how the mail is delivered. Open up the envelope and check the certificate to make sure the information is correct.
