At the end of last year, it became known that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, who are raising two children, decided to separate after six years of marriage. According to rumors, the reason for this decision was the singer’s jealousy and the extra expenses of her husband, whom she still continues to support.

Apparently, the divorce was good for Mariah. Until recently, she literally couldn’t fit into her stage costumes, Keri has noticeably lost weight and looks better. Paparazzi photographed the star on December 14 during her visit to the show of popular TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres. The singer wore a blue short dress that emphasized her slender figure. So Carey broke up not only with Cannon, but also with the extra pounds she gained last year.

By the way, the couple have not officially divorced yet. Cannon, 33, filed for divorce earlier this week, reports US tabloid TMZ. Now Mariah Carey is consulting with lawyers regarding the division of property.
