Since its release on the big screens, the film “Cheburashka” has managed to collect more than 5 billion rubles at the box office and made everyone discuss Sergei Garmash, Elena Yakovleva and other actors again. However, the film featured not only masters of cinema, but also very young artists. One of them was Eva Smirnova, who will very soon appear in the acclaimed continuation of the series “Daddy’s Daughters.”

Now Eva is only 10 years old, but her filmography already includes 22 projects, and almost all of them are very popular: “Vampires of the Middle Zone,” “Nastya, Get It Together,” “Great-Grandmother of Easy Virtue. Beginning", "BEHAPPY" and many others.

The girl was supposed to star in the Netflix series “Anna K” along with Svetlana Khodchenkova and Fyodor Bondarchuk, but so far the fate of the show remains unknown. Eva does not despair and continues to do what she loves - act in films. And her mother helps her with this.

It was Valentina, who herself worked as a hairdresser all her life, who helped her daughter get into the cinema. A few years ago, she realized that with such external data, Eva had every chance of achieving popularity, and began to actively promote her.

She gave the baby beautiful hairstyles and makeup, photographed her for her portfolio, and then sent the pictures to modeling agencies. Eva began to be invited to shoot for catalogs and in advertising, so she learned early to behave in front of the cameras and behaved like a professional.

Now the beginning of her career is being compared to the road that Milla Jovovich took in her time. Her mother, Galina Loginova, was an actress herself, but after moving to the USA she realized that it would be difficult to succeed in a new country and devoted herself to developing her daughter’s career.

She got a job as a servant in the house of Hollywood director Brian De Palma, asked to be informed about all castings and took young Milla to them early in the morning. And so, slowly but surely, she pushed her towards success.

Eva Smirnova's first popularity came after she took part in the television show “Best of All!” There she told host Maxim Galkin* that she was studying at a theater studio and wanted to work in the police in the future. The girl did not reach the final of the show, but after that she was invited to “Evening Urgant”, “Let Them Talk” and “The Stars Aligned”.

In 2018, Eva became Galkin*’s co-host at the “TEFI” ceremony, and a few months later at the “TEFI KIDS” ceremony, during which she shared the stage with Andrei Malakhov.

However, it was not easy for Eva to transform into the demanding and capricious Sonya in “Cheburashka”: after all, she was used to playing sweet and kind girls, and not the granddaughter of the old woman Shapoklyak.
