Tatyana Dogileva remembered how she was treated in a psychiatric clinic

Recently, 60-year-old Tatyana Dogileva rarely appears on television. A film was recently released that revealed unknown details of the biography of the famous artist. It turned out that due to stress she became severely depressed.

The fate of Tatyana Dogileva can hardly be called simple. At the age of 48, the actress divorced her husband Mikhail Mishin and decided to undergo plastic surgery. After that, she got a role in the sitcom “Lyuba, Children and the Factory.” Due to the difficult schedule, the artist almost had a nervous breakdown. “A person cannot work 12 hours a day, this is absolute slavery. My sleep mechanism broke down, I didn’t sleep at all, not a single sleeping pill helped me,” Tatyana admitted in the biographical film “My Truth. Tatiana Dogileva."

The actress slept an hour a day for about six months, and her body eventually malfunctioned. “I understood that I was going crazy, but I didn’t understand who to ask for help,” the artist recalled.

Tatyana's friends found a hospital for her and turned to a good specialist. Dogileva spent a month in a psychiatric clinic, and this, according to the actress herself, saved her. “You probably need to go through everything to understand that life is much more valuable than a profession,” Tatyana concluded at the age of 52, having recovered from depression.

Dogileva admitted that she revealed the truth about her treatment experience for a reason. “I’m saying all this specifically so that people don’t make mistakes. The worst thing is that when a person finds himself in such a situation, he does not understand what is happening to him,” said the actress.

Now Tatyana occasionally appears on talk shows and television programs. Dogileva practically never appears in films or TV series .
