The secure online booking service for daily housing has launched in another 4,004 cities in Russia. It involves secure transfer of funds for the guest and insurance for the landlord.

The Avito Real Estate platform has expanded the geography of its online apartment booking service, connecting another 4,004 Russian cities to it. Now the total number of cities where secure accommodation booking is available has reached 4049. The service provides ample opportunities for both travelers and apartment owners. Among them:

In addition, all apartments on Avito Real Estate have their own rating. It is important that it is not the landlord who receives it, but a specific property. What does this mean for landlords?

Once the landlord receives the reservation request, he has 12 hours to accept or reject the request. During this time, the parties can discuss the details via the Avito messenger or by phone. The very next day after the guest’s check-in, landlords can be guaranteed to receive an advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount minus the Avito commission.

The guest has the opportunity to cancel the reservation free of charge within the period established by the lessor. If this deadline is violated, the homeowner will still receive an advance payment as compensation for lost profits.

As part of the service, apartment insurance is also available for landlords with compensation of up to 300 thousand rubles for the period of booking with Avito. There is no longer a fee for prolonging advertisements; the platform only retains a commission of 15% of the booking cost.

Only apartments that have received confirmation of reliability and are connected to online booking are included in the search results. For such advertisements, the number of confirmed and paid applications increases noticeably.
