Facebook* Groups: a convenient tool for small groups of people.

The social network Facebook* has redesigned the groups tool, shifting the emphasis and further separating fundamentally different tools - Pages and Groups.

Facebook*: Use Groups or Pages?

Today, a group is, of course, a tool for the interaction of a small group of people, whose daily communication should not be in the public domain - to friends on a social network who are not invited to this group. When you create a new group today, the level of access to its content is by default limited to only the people you invite.

In a group, you can create classic posts with active content (for example, you can watch a video right away), share links, photos and videos. Additionally, the Event tool is available to help create closed invitations to events and meetings. Doc is a simple text editor that is useful for basic planning of group activities - a list of products for barbecue, information collected for a joint trip, etc.

All fans of Google Groups will appreciate the functionality of replying to postings by e-mail. New entries in the group can also be created by sending texts to a secret e-mail created for group members by the group administration.

Shouldn't we move from Twitter to Facebook*?
